NEW YORK CITY-Children's Aid Society is selling two Greenwich Village buildings to a developer in spite of objections from parents who want to keep the charity's nursery school in the area. The developer, who is purchasing the buildings for $33 million, will convert the property into a 60,000-square-foot condominium project.
