ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed two lease deals totaling 31,068 square feet at 7570 Exchange Drive and Presidents Plaza. The NWP Group, LLC has leased 20,700 square feet of space at 7570 Exchange Drive.
Morrison represented the tenant, and Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the owner in the lease negotiation. In another deal, Walgreens has renewed its lease for 10,368 square feet at Presidents Plaza.
