TEMPE, AZ-Pasadena, California-based Parsons will move to Tempe Gateway, an eight-story Class A office building in Tempe, this summer. The global engineering firm will lease 9,000 square feet of space in the office building located at Third Street and Mill Avenue in Tempe.
Seattle-based Vulcan Real Estate acquired the property for $35 million in June 2010. CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
