ATLANTA-DW Management and AREA Property Partners have purchased a portfolio of industrial warehouses measuring 4.5 million square feet for $170 million. They bought the 12 Class A industrial buildings from Pattillo Investment Partners LLC.
The Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman set up a $100-million financing for the acquisition. AREA bought the properties with its AREA Value Enhancement Fund 7.
