BUENA PARK, CA-RSI Land LLC, a homebuilding branch of Newport Beach-based RSI Holding Corp., has started construction on a nine-home development in Buena Park. The single-family homes, which will be marketed under the name New House by RSI, will measure slightly less than 2,000 square feet.
