WOBURN, MA-Raytheon Co.'s Woburn offices have reached the sales block. A real estate branch of Dallas-based Invesco Advisers Inc. has hired Cushman & Wakefield to sell the two-building office complex on behalf of the company.
The properties, which total 460,000 square feet of research and office space, are located at 225 and 235 Presidential Way in Woburn. Invesco purchased the properties in August 2004 for $13.2 million from New York-based Angelo, Gordon & Co. and an associate of National Development.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
