LAND O' LAKES, FL-Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc.'s Capital Markets Group has completed the sale of a retail center in Land O' Lakes. Collier Commons of Pasco LLC has sold Collier Commons Shopping Center, an 187,132-square-foot shopping center at the crossway of Collier Parkway and SR 54, to Lakeland-based Publix Supermarkets for $28 million.
The retail center was 100% leased at closing. Patrick Berman and Karl Johnston of Cushman & Wakefield represented Collier Commons, while Publix represented itself in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
