NEW YORK CITY-Related is negotiating a lease for 18 million square feet of space at Hudson Yards. According various top industry sources, Credit Suisse-First Boston, an investment bank, might be planning to relocate its operation from Madison and Park Avenue South to Hudson Yards.
Credit Suisse's 1.8 million square feet of leases at 315 Park Avenue South and 11 Madison are expiring in 2017. Lewis Miller of CB Richard Ellis is negotiating on behalf of Credit Suisse.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
