ORANGE COUNTY, CA-An investor is preparing to build apartments on the Crystal Cathedral site. A sale and lease-back recommendation would pave way for apartments on the 30-acre site that houses the Chrystal Cathedral.
Irvine-based Greenlaw Partners would buy the cathedral as well as the surrounding buildings for $46 million and lease-back the cathedral for nearly 15 years to the ministry.
