MACON, GA-The Macon-Bibb County Development Authority has completed a letter of intent that allows a development group to seek funding for Renaissance on the River, a $50-million project in Macon, Georgia. The project will come up on a 12-acre site off Riverside Drive.

The project will comprise a 42-bed hotel, a River Club over the hotel, a 100,000-square-foot commercial and office space, 24 condos and a parking lot. Phase two will include 142 apartment units. The project will be completed by June 2014.For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle.
