NEW YORK CITY-John Podhoretz is relocating his publication to the Garment District. Commentary Magazine has leased 4,000 square feet of space at 561 Seventh Avenue from Handler Real Estate Organization.
The average asking rent in the building is $41 per square foot. The magazine, which was previously housed at 165 East 56th Street, will occupy the entire 16th-floor space of the Seventh Avenue building.
