NEW YORK CITY-Counsel Press has signed a lease at one of the Kaufman Organization's Penn Station-area towers. The firm has leased 21,000 square feet at 460 W. 34th St. for 10 years.
The asking rent for the space was $27 per square foot. Counsel Press will move to the new location towards the end of August or beginning of September. Tyler Owens and Richard Plehn with Colliers International represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented in-house by Daniel Lipton and Daniel Kahn.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
