WASHINGTON, DC-The General Services Administration has leased 247,337 square feet at 830 First St. NE. The lease deal will make the Education Department remain in its current location for another 15 years.
CIM Group LP is the owner of the 830 First Street property. Currently, the building accommodates nearly 900 employees of the Education Department. The department may hire more people to work at the building in the future as it grows.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
