PLANO, TX-Plano-based Megatel Homes Inc. has bought 11 acres of land, which has been rezoned for a residential development at the northeast corner of Hedgcoxe and Ohio roads in Plano, from Florida Etoile Inc. The home builder will construct its Beverly Hills Estates residential community on the land.
The Henry S. Miller Brokerage negotiated the sale. HSM Management Inc. will start the project later this year. The first single-family homes will be delivered in spring 2012 by Megatel.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
