NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan-based Me&Ro is moving from 13 Crosby St. in SoHo to Duane Street in TriBeCa. The company has inked a lease for five years with Reade Broadway Associates for about 4,500 square feet at 305 Broadway.
Asking rent for the space was $34 per square foot. Me&Ro will move to the 11th-floor space by mid-June. ABS Partners Real Estate represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
