BALTIMORE-Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group Inc. is preparing to relocate its Greater Maryland headquarters to Inner Harbor from the Charles Center. The bank will take 119,000 square feet of space at One East Pratt St.
The Pratt Street lease also includes a 7,000-square-foot space on the first floor of the building. A PNC Bank branch will be housed on the first-floor space. PNC will move its regional headquarter to the new location by the middle of 2012.For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
