CHICAGO-SHC Direct LLC is relocating from 1020 31st St. in Downers Grove to Oakbrook Terrace with plans to expand its office in the new location. The marketing firm has inked a long-term lease deal with Boston-based Colony Realty Partners Inc. for 22,187 square feet at Oakbrook Terrace Corporate Center III, a 10-story building at 1815 S. Meyers Road.
