PHOENIX-Rockdale, Texas-based Texas Medical Distributors has acquired Building 3, a 33,000-square-foot property at the 71 Roosevelt Industrial Park at 1045 N. 71st Ave. in Phoenix. WE Uterque Holdings Corp. has sold the single-tenant building for about $1.4 million.
