NAPERVILLE, IL-Washington Commons, an office complex spanning 166,558 square feet at 450-900 E. Diehl Road in Naperville, was struck with a foreclosure suit. U.S. Bank has filed the foreclosure lawsuit against a venture of Alliance Commercial Partners LLC based in Lakewood, Colorado.
According to Bloomberg LP's report, the loan on the office complex became overdue earlier this year. Thomas Karbowski, an executive from Local Alliance, said that Alliance Commercial Partners is trying to settle the foreclosure.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
