SEATTLE-Wood Partners of Georgia has started building its first apartment development in the Puget Sound area. The company is constructing a four-story apartment complex consisting of 91 units at 8606 35th Ave. N.E. in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle.

Wood Partners purchased the 0.77-acre site in February. Steve Orser of Wood Partners mentioned that the walkability and steady growth in the neighborhood has made the company build the complex in that location. The project is expected to be finished next summer. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal.
