NEW YORK CITY-The World Gold Council is moving from 424 Madison to 510 Madison Ave. The organization has leased 11,500 square feet at 510 Madison Ave. for 10 years.
WGC will occupy the entire ninth floor of Macklowe development. The building is owned by Boston Properties. The asking rent for the space was $105 per square foot.
