SAN ANTONIO-Alamo Colleges has chosen Balfour Beatty Capital and the NRP Group LLC to construct a $30-million mixed-use development near San Antonio College. The new San Antonio development will have 215 student housing units, 27,000 square feet of commercial space and a 1,000-car parking lot.
