DURHAM, NC-The Charlotte-based Keith Corp. has sold Implus Building, a 309,000-square-foot facility at 2001 T.W. Alexander Drive in Durham. The company has sold the building to New York-based GRC Durham for $21 million.
Implus Footcare houses its global distribution hub and corporate headquarters at Implus Building. Chris Norvell, David Finger and Rob Cochran from Cassidy Turley negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal.
