AUSTIN, TX-Retail Solutions has closed the sale of a retail building in Austin. Khaled Properties LLC has acquired the standalone retail building measuring 1,150 square feet at 6604 Berkman Drive.
Khaled Properties has purchased the building from First State Bank Central Texas. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Giovanni Palavicini from Fronteras Commercial Real Estate, and the seller was represented by David Simmonds from Retail Solutions.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
