JACKSONVILLE, FL-Orlando-based LeCesse Development Corp. has sold San Jose Villa, an 84-unit apartment community on Toledo Road off University Boulevard in Jacksonville. The company has sold the apartment complex to a California-based private investor for an amount of $2.5 million.
