WASHINGTON, DC-Miller Global Properties LLC of Denver has listed its Class A office building measuring 269,000 square feet for sale. The company has put the 1333 H St. NW East End property located at the corner of H and 14th streets on the market.
The building is expected to fetch nearly $160 million, or about $594.80 per square foot. Miller Global purchased the building in 2008 for $130.7 million. The office building is being marketed by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
