MCLEAN, VA-Glendale, California-based PS Business Parks has purchased the Warren Building, a Class B office building at 8000 Westpark Drive, from Boston-based Colony Capital for $27.1 million, or about $193.50 per square foot. The company has added the Westpark Drive property to its collection of Tysons Corner buildings.
Colony Capital purchased the property just a year ago for $20 million or roughly $142.80 per square foot from West-Group Management LLC.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
