ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed two lease deals totaling 15,870 square feet at the Lake Point Business Park. CCK Construction Services has leased 5,040 square feet and 11th Hour Business Center has renewed its lease for 10,830 square feet at the Lake Point Business Park situated on Hazeltine National Drive.
