MIAMI-Crocker Partners has agreed to purchase SunTrust International Center, a 420,080-square-foot office building in downtown Miami. Boston-based Guggenheim Real Estate and Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. own the building.

It is said that the property could fetch nearly $195 per square foot. The final price of the property may change when the deal closes.
