PORT CHARLOTTE, FL-HFF has completed the sale of a grocery-anchored shopping center in Port Charlotte. Edens & Avant has sold Promenades, a 230,704-square-foot community center at 3280 Tamiami Trail (US 41) next to Peace River Hospital and Fawcett Memorial Hospital, to In-Rel Properties, Inc.
The retail center, which sits on a 26.4-acre site, is presently 87% leased. The HFF team led by Danny Finkle and Luis Castillo represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
