SEATTLE-Holland Partners, an apartment developer based in Vancouver, Washington, is planning to break ground on an apartment complex on Dexter Avenue North in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. An alliance led by Holland purchased the 1.2-acre parcel at Dexter and Aloha Street for $16.7 million.
The project is expected to be completed in fall 2012. The developer received approval for the 284-unit complex last September from city planners.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
