NEW YORK CITY-A private investor in New York City has purchased a long-disputed apartment building in Upper West Side at an auction for an amount of $20.1 million. Robert Gilardian acquired the 49-unit apartment complex at 114 West 86th Street.
The apartment building reached the auction block on May 4 through the medium of a New York bankruptcy court. Lipa Lieberman and David Schechtman of Eastern Consolidated handled the sale.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
