SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A joint venture of Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management LP and Phoenix-based Lincoln Property Trust has acquired Camelback Executive Park, a three-story office building spanning 172,700 square feet at 6991 E. Camelback Road. The property was sold by the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co.
The joint venture paid $19 million for the office building. Lincoln Property Trust will manage the property. Barry Gabel, Jerry Roberts, Jim Fijan and Mindy Korth of Phoenix-based CB Richard Ellis handled the sale.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
