LA JOLLA, CA-Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises has listed Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa, a 210-room hotel on North Torrey Pines Drive near UC San Diego, on the market for sale. The Real Estate Alert newsletter predicts that the property could fetch $63 million.
