MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has closed a new lease deal for an industrial space in Winter Garden. J & L Customs, Inc. has leased the industrial space measuring 1,875 square feet in Suite 280 of COP-Carter, LLC-owned Carter CommerCenter at 902 Carter Road off SR 50 for an auto collision center.
