DENVER-RedPeak Properties LLC has acquired Plaza Del Sol Apartment, a 66-unit complex at 1265 Downing St., from Downing Residential LLC for an amount of $5.1 million. The apartment complex changed hands within 40 days after it had been listed on the market.
The property was traded for $77,273 per unit. RedPeak offered $325,000 above the listed price. Adam Riddle, Kevin Higgins and Ryan Floyd from Unique Properties LLC negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
