CHICAGO-C. E. Sundberg Co., an appliance parts distributor, is moving its Chicago operations from 8233 S. Princeton Ave. to a larger space in the Southwest Side. The company will relocate its corporate offices and local distribution center to a 107,200-square-foot structure at 5852 W. 51st St. situated northwest of Midway International Airport.
Sundberg purchased the property for $525,000 in March. The building is currently undergoing renovation. Steve Levitas and Mike Senner with Colliers International represented Sundberg in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
