ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed a new lease deal for an industrial and office space in Orlando. Winter Park-based Lajur Inc. has leased the industrial and office space measuring 3,000 square feet at 667-669 Cherry St. in Winter Park.
Lajur has leased the space from John J. Sharp Trust. Tom Kelley, II from NAI Realvest represented both the tenant and the local landlord in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
