IRVINE, CA-Epicor Software Corp. could move its headquarters to Northern California from Irvine under a new leadership. Last month, Apax Partners LLC acquired Epicor and Activant Solutions Inc. for $2 billion.
Epicor has recently signed a lease to shift its local operations to nearly 68,000 square feet of space at Lakeshore Towers, an 18-story office complex at 18101 Von Karman Ave. near John Wayne Airport.
