HOUSTON-Cushman & Wakefield has closed the sale of industrial buildings totaling 64,086 square feet in Houston. Global Waste Real Estate Holdings has acquired the buildings, which sit on an 18.6-acre site at 7103 and 7213 E. Mount Houston Road, from Willbros United States Holdings.

In the sale, the buyer was represented by Fontaine Carroll, while the seller was represented by B. Kelley Parker, Coe Parker, Tim Thomas and John Littman from Cushman & Wakefield.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
