HOUSTON-Greenwich, Connecticut-based Hanover Real Estate Partners has signed lease deals in Marathon Oil Tower, a 41-story office building in the Galleria area. Ankor E & P Holdings Corp. has expanded its space to 12,915 square feet; Marathon Oil Corp. has leased nearly 650,000 square feet; Houston-based Kelpetro has renewed its 1,474-square-foot lease; and Univation Technologies has renewed its 29,532-square-foot lease at the 1.1 million-square-foot building.
