IRVINE, CA-Profession Reprographics, a printing company, has leased an industrial space measuring 57,890 square feet at 17731 Cowan Ave. in Irvine. The Cowan Avenue building is currently being used as the printing company's headquarters.
The building is owned by Casey L. Wilson. Terms of the lease deal were not revealed. Profession Reprographics also has offices in Sacramento and San Diego. Bill Garrett, Dean Ahern and Jedd Zaun with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
