IRVINE, CA-Minnesota-based St. Jude Medical Inc. has renewed its lease for its offices in Irvine near John Wayne Airport. The company has recently combined leases for two buildings totaling 56,000 square feet at 2375 and 2382 Morse near Von Karman Avenue.
The tenant has lease extension for six years. The two office buildings are held by individual investors. Stacy Garcia and Randall Parker with Travers Realty represented the tenant in the deals.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
