NEWPORT BEACH, CA-New York-based Emmes Group of Cos. might become the new owner of the Newport Beach office property that houses the headquarters of Mindspeed Technologies Inc. and Conexant Systems Inc. 4000 MacArthur, which consists of two 10-story office buildings at Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevard, could change hands in a lender-driven transaction.
