LEXINGTON, MA-The Hamilton Co. of Brighton has purchased the Battle Green Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 48 units in Lexington, from a subsidiary of Boston Residential Group for $10 million. The Battle Green apartment community, constructed in 1965, sits on a 4.11-acre site and it contains six, two-story buildings.
