BROOKLYN, NY-Developers are planning to develop two adjacent sites in Brooklyn for national retailers. Joseph Sitt is looking for city approvals to construct a 200,000-square-foot retail center and a 2.4-acre public waterfront park near Gravesend Bay.
An adjacent 4.5-acre parcel owned by the Cropsey Family will be changed into big-box stores. The family is looking for developers to enlarge the site to another 14 acres. The sites, owned by the Cropsey Family and Sitt, are situated near Caesar's Bay Plaza. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
