MONROE, NJ –The New Jersey Apartment Association has announced what it calls a “groundbreaking online education management system,” to offer leasing and management training to its members.
A partnership with Westlake, CA-based CallSource, the 48-class program was announced at the association’s annual conference, attended by more than 1,300 multifamily industry professionals. The new education system will be available all day, every day, allowing members to undertake the lessons at their convenience.
“Education is a cornerstone of the Association,” says NJAA executive director Jean Maddalon. “We strive each and every day to make sure our members are receiving an ample selection of educational offerings and certification courses to enhance their businesses. As we continue to celebrate our 25th Anniversary year, we are pleased to offer our members another exceptional source for classes and certifications.”
Categories include “Getting the most from Results,” “Leasing and Sales,” “Full Compliance,” “Prevention of Sexual Harassment,” “Risk Management,” “Customer Service,” “Leadership Series,” “Maximize your Work Skills,” and “Hone your Maintenance Skills.” Members can access the system at the association’s Web site www.njaa.com. Course fees range from $25 to $59, according to the website.
The program was launched after more than 18 months of development and field testing with the NAA and 18 affiliated associations, according to a March press release from CallSource.
