WICHITA, KS-Pratt, Kansas-based Stanion Wholesale Electric Co. has acquired a 27,400-square-foot West Pawnee building from Machining Specialists Inc. Terms of the deal were not revealed, however, the property had been listed with an asking price of $995,000.
The 2710 W. Pawnee building contains several meeting rooms. Stanion will sell its office building at 520 S. St. Francis and move to the new location in September. Bradley Tidemann and Grant Tidemann with .P. Weigand & Sons Inc. handled the sale.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
