FORT WORTH-A Fort Worth Star-Telegram report shows that plans for a five-story student housing project, which measures 117,000 square feet at Texas Christian University at 3201 S. University Dr., has been revived. The development plans, originally formed by Dallas-based TCU Development Partners, include restaurants, shops and 56 apartments.

The previous group will sell the property to Dallas-based Fountain Development Partners. The construction cost for the student housing project is valued at $6.2 million.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
