IRVING, TX-Avero Diagnostics, a cancer diagnostics firm, is moving its Dallas office to Las Colinas in Irving. The firm has signed a lease for an office space measuring 22,142 square feet at 6221 Riverside Drive in Las Colinas for its molecular lab.
Avero has leased the space for 11 years from Plains Capital. Kyle Jacobs of Stream Realty Partner and The Weitzman Group brokered the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
